On my quest for a healthier lifestyle and more energy, I came across this amazing recipe.
I’m super picky so I was worried about the taste but it was so good it almost tasted like I was cheating on my diet!
This recipe is good for one cup.
1/2 A banana
Handful of blueberries
4 oz of apple juice
2tbsp plain yogurt
A few ice cubes
I add some powdered fiber and chia seeds for my personal benefit.
Just blend! I use a nutribullet and its absolutely perfect.
Honestly, it didn’t give me as much energy as coffee or monster (my guilty pleasure) but it made me feel great!
